Most tourists may use the Incheon international airport.
After arrival to the Incheon Airport, you need not to take a taxi. Becuase the Airport railroad and subway system are well made up. You can go everywhere by public transportation. Even the speed of that is not slow.
If you just want to go to Seoul inside, just get on a airport railroad. The interval of train is 5~10min, and terminal station is Seoul City station. At the Seoul City station, you can ride on KTX to go to other region. (there are several main station connecting each other region). Total spending time is 60~65min from Incheon airport to Seoul City station. A railroad fee is 4,750won (or 4,150won ), and you can use free Wi-fi in the railroad.
There is a express railroad track, non-stop airport railroad. This is pass over other station, and just go to the Seoul City station directly. Total spending time is 40~50min from Incheon airport to Seoul City station. A railroad fee is 9,000won (about $9), and you can use free Wi-fi in the railroad.
If you go to Seoul inside, you can go anywhere by subway.
